All Week:

Scholastic Book Fair! Brought to you by the PTO!

For the best Book Fair experience:
- Provide your student(s) with either cash to bring to school to shop, OR load their "e-wallet" with Scholastic. If they have funds on their e-wallet, they simply tell our volunteer cashiers their name, and they will be able to shop with that credit.
- Make sure your student knows which method of payment they will be using. Our teachers are not always aware of who has funds on their e-wallet and who plans to use cash.
- Volunteer with us! Shifts run throughout the school day in short blocks - and it's fun!
- Consider picking up an extra book to donate to kids hospitalized at CHOC as we support Ethan and Choco's Book Club! There will be a donation box at checkout - let your student know or drop one in yourself! (Did you know Ethan is a TUSD student!? We're so proud of him and honored to support his Book Club!)

TUESDAY:

Join us at THE STAND for dinner - and 25% of your check is donated to the PTO! Just show this flier at checkout!

WEDNESDAY:

It's the deadline to purchase a birthday marquee greeting for October birthdays! Late orders can not be accepted - place your order today to ensure your Husky is celebrated on their special day!

SUNDAY:

Join us to cheer on the Angels vs. the Rangers at Angel Stadium (12:07 PM Game Time). $6 of every ticket purchased benefits the PTOI Learn more and purchase tickets!

5th Grade Girls Puberty Talk

Our 5th grade girls enjoyed an informative (and fun!) puberty talk, learning about the physical and emotional changes that occur during this important stage of life. They learned what changes to expect, tips for staying healthy and confident as well as age-appropriate advice on hygiene and skin care. The event also included interactive games and prizes, product samples and of course - treats!

Family Nite Extravaganza

What a night! We shopped at the Book Fair, picked up new designs of Husky Gear at the pop-up shop, ate delicious burgers from The Cut - had trivia and prizes and of course snacks and popcorn - and then settled down under the stars for movie time!

Thank you to all the committees (Book Fair, Husky Gear AND Movie Night teams!) and all of the volunteers who made it happen!
